We believe in transparency, diversity, merit and fostering a culture of empowerment, personal impact and career growth.  The Sales and Marketing Recruiter will own the entire full life cycle recruiting process for our sales roles and marketing roles.  You will source and close candidates on your own and ensure a smooth process for the candidate interview experience.

This is an evolving role, currently reporting directly to the Vice President of Finance with ample opportunity for growth if you play to your strengths. Crisp’s Sales and Marketing Recruiter

  • Source and Close.  You know how to source candidates through a variety of tactics.  You will also extend offer letters to the candidates.
  • Interviews.  You have previous experience leading interviews with candidates and know this is part of the role as a full life cycle recruiter.
  • Process.  You will bring your previous experience to Crisp to create better ways of recruiting for the organization as a whole.
  • Ownership.   Since you will be the primary point of contact for the roles - you will kick off the process with the hiring managers for each new role created.  
  • Care.  You want candidates to have a great interview experience.  You will do everything you can to ensure candidates have a positive interview experience every step of the way at Crisp.
  • Communication.  You can communicate well across the organization while working with candidates, hiring managers, and other coworkers within Crisp.
